Nurse Jesse is the lead facilitator for ‘It Makes Me Happy!™ an organization committed to helping people find joy in everyday living.
This research-backed workshop helps individuals rediscover joy in everyday living by answering two key questions: “Who are you? And what makes you happy?” and has an accompanying full-color workbook filled with stories, education, artwork, and personal journal prompts to explore 12 key areas for happiness and a simple process to discover joy in everyday living. Participants will cultivate self-awareness and appreciation, leading to positive self-care behaviors, and understand the underpinnings of self-abandonment with light-hearted prompts and deepen their connection to oneself and to one another.
