Circle of Friends

Circle of Friends is a safe, supportive space where healing begins and real connection grows. Over six weeks, you’ll explore simple, meaningful practices to better understand yourself and foster a sense of belonging, whether in person or online.

Through relatable stories, gentle exercises, and a nurturing community, you’ll learn to shift patterns, release self-doubt, and build confidence—all at your own pace. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or tired of trying to hold it all together alone, this is your space to feel seen, supported, and empowered to take small, lasting steps toward the life you want.
